The library provides homebound delivery service to people who, due to age, disability, or lack of transportation, are unable to visit the library to pick up their own materials.
Patrons who want to receive homebound deliveries must contact the library at 798-4607 x 6304, and speak with Lee Gundel. He will then send them registration materials to sign up for the program.
Anyone interested in receiving this service must read and agree to the terms of our Homebound Delivery Service Policy. Once these terms are agreed upon, they can receive delivery and pickup of items from the Massapequa Public Library.
In addition to this, the Talking Book program delivers library materials to people who are unable to read print due to low vision or physical handicap.
